Most of these cults were set up by insane conmen from all walks of life and it conspkracies really amazing to see how the general populace goes for these outlandish and often dangerous set-ups.

Goldwag writes with authority as well as humor and never really summarily dismisses even the craziest of beliefs here–that someone believes it, not the belief itself, is the noteworthy fact for him.
